1. Nature of Services

2. Bookings & Payments

• All consultations and services must be prepaid in full before confirmation.

• Consultation timings may vary depending on availability, workload, and specific consultation days.

• Clients are advised to schedule appointments at least 3 days in advance to allow proper preparation and analysis.

• Session confirmations are generally shared within 12 hours after successful payment verification.

• Consultation fees may vary depending on the session format, including Audio, Video, Written, or In-Person consultations.

• Premium, urgent, or priority consultations may carry additional charges.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Once payment is made, bookings are considered confirmed.

• No cancellations or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.

• A one-time rescheduling request may be accepted if informed at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

• Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

• Clients arriving late may receive reduced consultation time without extension, adjustment, or refund.

• Missed consultations without prior notice shall be treated as completed sessions.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Contact Information

• Required details for analysis

Abhiraaj Numerology shall not be held responsible for incorrect guidance, delays, or ineffective analysis resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We highly value client privacy and confidentiality.

• All consultations, reports, personal details, and communications are kept strictly confidential.

• Client information is never sold, rented, or intentionally shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

• We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details or banking credentials.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, methods, systems, consultation frameworks, designs, techniques, written materials, branding elements, and spiritual concepts shared by Abhiraaj Numerology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Abhieraaj Inamdar.

• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, recording, redistribution, modification, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited.

• Written consent is mandatory before using or publishing any proprietary material.
